Samsung Unveils 10-chip MCP for Mobile Devices

Following the eight-chip MCP (Multi-chip Package) in early 2005, Samsung has rolled out a new MCP integrating 10 chips. Containing two 4GB NAND flash memory chips, four 512MB DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) chips and four 256MB NOR flash memory chips, the MCP can adopt different chips for use in different applications.
